Swindon Borough Council has a large capital programme across its residential stock. The problem they had was not budget, but the lack of surveyors required to deliver the work. Having tried unsuccessfully for 18 months to recruit the roles, they needed to partner with a recruitment company that understood the assignment and had a network of experienced surveyors at their disposal.
