    With 20 years in the recruitment industry, Tom is an experienced business leader with an extensive background of delivering effective staffing solutions and developing long-term client relationships. In 2009, Tom jointly founded Panoramic Associates. Having experienced significant success and exciting growth within the senior level staffing sector, Tom took the strategic decision to form a group company, Precision Resource Group (PRG) to house, Panoramic Associates, iO Associates, and Finitas. He has a proven track record in the provision of specialist contract, interim and permanent resource into specific industry sectors, with a focus on both business & technology change and has a passion for building and managing teams of recruitment professionals with a core focus on creating exciting career opportunities.​

    Ben has been practising educational and child psychologist for 14 years. During that time he has been a Principal Educational Psychologist in two local areas; strategically led a range of specialist educational services; and been in executive-level leadership. Ben is a passionate champion about Inclusion, SEND and making a positive difference.

    Poppy is an Educational Psychologist with experience as Principal Educational Psychologist in two Local Authorities and as Chair of the West Midlands Principal Educational Psychologist group. She has expertise in the statutory assessment of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and is committed to training key adults who work with vulnerable children and young people, especially those affected by early developmental trauma. Poppy collaborates with the Early Years Multi-Disciplinary Assessment team and the Communication and Interaction assessment pathways for autism diagnosis. She enjoys building workforce confidence through systemic approaches. At Panoramic Associates, Poppy will apply her experience to support SEND assessments ensuring that psychological insights lead to positive outcomes for young people.

    Educational Psychologist

    Nazim Bhuiyan is an Educational Psychologist with extensive experience as a Primary Teacher, College Lecturer, and in various psychological roles. He specialises in consultation models, autism link training, trauma, executive functioning, early years intervention, and supporting Looked After Children. His career highlights include a placement in Chicago Public Schools, where he explored their Educational Psychology Service, and his involvement in an Anti-Racism Network Group in Scotland. Nazim has observed industry trends, such as the shift toward private practice and the rise of hybrid working models. At Panoramic Associates, he will be working within the SEND department, focusing on providing psychological support using modern, efficient practices to enhance service delivery and collaborating closely with schools and families to build positive outcomes.

    Bianca is a Principal Consultant on the SEND team she has support several local authority clients with their need for Educational Psychologists to ensure they meet the statutory requirements for EHNCA's. Bianca is well versed in all SEND requirements and has a strong network work clients and candidates within educational psychology and SEND.

    Amy serves as the lead resourcer of educational psychology candidates at Panoramic Associates. She is well-regarded for her strong network within the educational psychology community and her adeptness at defining job requirements and candidate alignment. Amy specialises in matching candidates with education settings and local authorities, demonstrating her deep expertise in the field.

What does our Educational Psychology Solution offer?

  • Team members access coordinated and planned internal supervision, line management and CPD which ensures their professional development is supported. This ensures that our EP practice knowledge is up to date and can meet the needs of clients.
  • Commissioned work is internally supported through high quality supervision and quality assurance; further ensuring client end satisfaction.
  • The Service is overseen by a highly experienced Director of SEND Services, who has been a Principal Educational Psychologist over a previous 10 year
