THE CHALLENGE
In February 2020, Panoramic Associates aided in building an interim development team for Sixty Bricks.
Previously, Sixty Bricks were using a framework to source their candidates, and as a result had a lot of churn throughout the process. Candidates were not qualified properly, there were a shear volume of irrelevant candidates and their CV’s were not a true reflection of the candidates. As a result, the client was only interviewing one appropriate candidate on average rather than having a selection to benchmark skillset and personality fit.

THE SOLUTION
Panoramic Associates took the time to meet with Sixty Bricks’ Managing Director on a couple of occasions, to get to grips with their current problem and understand circumstances around their shortfall of appropriate candidates. Once we understood this and what they needed, we then ironed out a streamlined process which in turn saved a lot of time for their Managing Director.
We presented a good choice of candidates, and built the team for:
- Head of New Business
- Head of Delivery
- Senior Project Manager x3
- Development Assistant

THE RESULTS
After taking time to thoroughly prep the candidates, we created a team for our client.
By streamlining the process, we saved the client a lot of time and helped provide the correct calibre of candidates to drive the housing pipeline. These candidates have been in their roles for over 18 months with further extension needed as they are integral part of the projects.
