Network Operations Engineer

Up to ₹15,00,000/- per annum (depending on experience)
iO Associates is looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join a well-established global organisation with a large-scale enterprise IT environment. You’ll play a key role in monitoring, maintaining and improving the performance, availability and security of critical network and server infrastructure within a 24/7 operation.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor network and server infrastructure, responding proactively to alerts and incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating where required
- Perform server administration, patching and scheduled maintenance
- Manage incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and root cause analysis
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Network and Security teams to maintain high service availability
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational processes
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or similar IT Operations environment
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator or similar certifications.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
- Experience supporting Windows Server and/or Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern
