Interim Finance Manager (Adult Social Care)
Location: UK based
Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)
Remuneration: Competitive day rate
Position Type: 6-month Interim Contract (Potential to extend)

The opportunity:
Join a leading adult care provider during a major strategic transformation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and directly support a business that cares for vulnerable communities across the UK
Key responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Commercial Cost Control: Review supplier contracts, lead vendor negotiations, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Business Partnering: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for operational and regional managers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage annual budgets and design agile, short-term rolling forecasts.
What You’ll Bring
- Professional Qualification: Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Track Record: Proven experience in fast-paced interim, contract, or project-based finance roles.
