Senior Consultant – Change Analyst
Circa £65,000 – £75,000
Active SC clearance required – this is non-negotiable, candidates without active SC (or eSC) will not be considered.
Location: 1-2 days on site per week if London-based; 1-3 days per month if based outside London.
Working within a specialist digital transformation consultancy delivering into a government/public sector programme, this role is responsible for workflow analysis, operational process design, business readiness and training. The successful candidate will translate UKFIU requirements into deliverable functionality and support operational adoption.
Key activities will include:
- Conducting workflow and process analysis across operational teams
- Engaging stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements
- Supporting user-centred design work, including prototyping and wireframing to shape app design and user experience
- Planning and delivering business readiness and training activity to support adoption
- Acting as a bridge between operational users and the delivery team to ensure requirements land as usable functionality
