Panoramic Associates are recruiting for an Assistant Headteacher to join a well-established SEN School in Cornwall with an ASAP start.
The school are looking for an experienced Senior Leader who can confidential take on responsibility for the day to day running of one of their sites, working closely with the Head of School and wider SLT.
The role will focus on:
- Visible, day-to-day leadership and staff/student relationships
- Teaching & learning and school improvement
- Supporting the smooth operational running of the building
The school are looking for an experienced school leader with QTS ideally, and are open to primary, secondary, mainstream or SEN backgrounds. SEN experience isn’t essential – they’re looking for someone adaptable, confident and comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
