Are you an Chartered Estates Surveyor who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting stuck into complex estates work?
Panoramic Associates are supporting a London Local Authority looking to bring in an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to support across a busy commercial portfolio. From disposals and acquisitions through to strategic asset management and L&T matters, this is the type of role where no two days look the same.
What you’ll be getting involved in:
* Disposals & acquisitions
* Lease renewals, rent reviews & wider L&T work
* Strategic asset management projects
* Valuations & general estates management duties
* Working closely with legal teams, agents & senior stakeholders
What they’re looking for:
* MRICS qualified
* Previous Local Authority estates experience
* Strong commercial property & L&T knowledge
* Someone confident managing a varied and fast-paced workload
