We are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead an elderly care home in the East Midlands for a 3-6 month period. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can provide stability, drive compliance, and support a dedicated team through a period of transition.
The ideal candidate is confident, decisive, and deeply knowledgeable about CQC standards, safeguarding, and high‑quality person‑centred care. They’ll step in quickly, assess what needs attention, and guide the service forward with clarity and compassion.

Service Leadership – Provide day‑to‑day operational management of a large elderly care home, ensuring safe, effective, and dignified care.

CQC Compliance – Maintain and strengthen regulatory compliance, preparing for inspections and implementing improvement plans where needed.

Team Management – Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive culture and clear communication.

Quality Assurance – Monitor care delivery, audits, and reporting to ensure consistently high standards.
