Role Summary:
In response to growing strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to direct and oversee their Repairs System programme. Responsibilities:

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in leading complex programmes within repair, maintenance, or industrial systems.
- Strong project management expertise, with practical knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into strategic programme actions.
- Solid understanding of repair processes, system integration, and operational workflows.
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Certification in programme management or related fields (e.g., PMP, MSP).
- Experience with digital repair systems or Asset Management Software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to repair services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
