Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and business needs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations impacting client accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in project management or leading strategic initiatives.
- Industry-specific certifications or training.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to key client markets.
