We are seeking an experienced Interim Service Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for a specialist nursing service supporting adults with complex health needs. This is a pivotal role requiring a confident, solutions‑focused leader who can stabilise service delivery, support clinical teams, and drive quality improvements during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day‑to‑day operational management of a multidisciplinary nursing service.

Ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care in line with CQC standards.

Lead, support, and mentor clinical and non‑clinical staff.

Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and incident reporting processes.

Strengthen service pathways and ensure continuity of care for adults with complex needs.

Work closely with commissioners, partner agencies, and families.

Deliver performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and service improvement plans.
About You:

Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent senior management experience in complex care settings.

Proven track record in service leadership within health or social care.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality governance.

Able to quickly build trust, stabilise teams, and implement effective systems.

Confident communicator with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
