Interim Headteacher – SEN School
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a special school in South London, who are recruting for an interim Headteacher to join them for the Autumn term. The school caters for young people with SEN/ASD/SEMH and are looking for an experienced Headteacher who can hit the ground running, and remain in post 5 days per week until the end of the December term. There is potental for the role to go permanent.
As interim Headteacher, you will be required to:
- Provide strong strategic leadership to the school, fostering an inclusive and positive learning enviroment
- Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Oversee safeguarding and statutory compliance
- Drive curriculum development and school improvement initiatives, aligning with regional and national standards.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, implementing plans for continuous improvement.
Ideally you will have worked at Headship level before, in a specialist setting. A DBS on the update service is preferred but not essential. For more information please get in touch by applying below.
