Nazim Bhuiyan is an Educational Psychologist with extensive experience as a Primary Teacher, College Lecturer, and in various psychological roles. He specialises in consultation models, autism link training, trauma, executive functioning, early years intervention, and supporting Looked After Children. His career highlights include a placement in Chicago Public Schools, where he explored their Educational Psychology Service, and his involvement in an Anti-Racism Network Group in Scotland. Nazim has observed industry trends, such as the shift toward private practice and the rise of hybrid working models. At Panoramic Associates, he will be working within the SEND department, focusing on providing psychological support using modern, efficient practices to enhance service delivery and collaborating closely with schools and families to build positive outcomes.

He comes from the UK's largest Executive Search firm where he led and executed C-Suite search mandates in Telecoms & Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services (Legal & Consulting) and Government. As a deep technology specialist, he is extensively networked among Board, Chair and Non Exec leaders in Data & AI/Cyber & Information Security/Digital Forensics & Financial Crime In his earlier career Daniel led his founded his own search business and prior to that was a rugby player representing Bristol, Clifton and Gloucestershire in Rugby Union.

She is responsible for the group’s content strategy, and management of events, internally and externally, and adds value to clients through the creation and preparation of collateral for our consultants. Ellie is responsible for the day-to-day management of creative, on-brand content for our websites, as well as mapping out events for sponsorship and exhibiting.
