Speciality: Supervise and manage care staff, previous team leader experience.

We are seeking a Team leader for an outstanding residential special school, which caters to special kids education.

You’ll need to be versatile, flexible, and able to supervise employees so that they can help students regain their independence through empowerment, active support, and manage the care staff.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Must have a Level 3 in Health and Social care
  • Must have a previous team lead experience and good Ofsted experience.
  • Will be reporting directly to the line manager.
