Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer (Senior/Intermediate Level)
Salary: £55k – £65k + Benefits
We are currently seeking two experienced Electrical Design Engineers (Senior/Intermediate level) to join a growing team based in Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical design for retail and commercial projects.
- LV distribution, small power, lighting, fire systems, data, and security
- Power supplies and sustainment
- Circuit calculations using Trimble Amtech and lighting design using Dilux or Relux
- Attending site meetings and surveys as needed
- Working collaboratively with the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in electrical design, ideally within a retail/commercial setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience with Trimble Amtech (circuit calculation software) and lighting design tools (Dilux or Relux)
- CAD knowledge is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, capable of representing the company in meetings
- Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
The position is office-based in Berkshire, with some flexibility for home working once you’ve integrated into the team. Typically, Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the office, with additional remote work options after proving yourself.
