Project Surveyor – Capital Works
📍 Location: Southwest
💰 Salary: £40,000.00 – £43,000.00
Panoramic Associates is partnering with a social housing provider in the Southwest to recruit a Project Surveyor who puts customers at the heart of everything they do.
We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in building refurbishment design and project management within property investment. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations-including CDM, asbestos, fire, water, gas, and electrical safety-is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead project and contract management for refurbishment projects, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Oversee programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management while maintaining high quality standards.

Work closely with local authority planning departments to ensure statutory compliance.

Capture and utilise customer feedback to improve service and customer experience.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of project data, financials, and performance reports.

Deliver professional surveying, design, and contract administration services to meet project objectives.
