Panoramic Associates are working with a construction and property services company who are seeking a Retrofit Technical Manager to join their Business Improvement & Decarbonisation team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support on low carbon and energy efficiency services to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of technical services by the Decarbonisation Team.
- Make critical decisions to ensure the timely completion of projects and activities.
- Develop and implement relevant programs to ensure project completion on time.
- Provide day-to-day supervision to the Decarbonisation Team.
- Report regularly to the Innovation & Decarbonisation Director on project performance.
- Assist in formulating team strategies and new services.
- Provide technical advice and support to project teams on decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures.
- Collaborate with key supply chain partners and assist in bid submissions.
- Attend internal and external meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Prepare technical proposals and contribute to the development of marketing collateral.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and uphold the client’s interests.
Desirable Attributes
- Hold or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Hold or working towards Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment.
- Possess other relevant qualifications related to building energy performance.
- Experienced in delivering energy efficiency/decarbonisation programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about driving sustainable solutions.
- Previous experience in the social housing sector would be advantageous.
