We are looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager, for an industry leader in health care with more than 30 years of experience in providing specialised care and assistance. Caring for over 3,500 people in the UK who have complex needs, such as autism, brain injuries, and learning difficulties.
You will oversee the daily operations of the service, create and implement person-centered support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and onboard new team members, and handle supervisions and appraisals etc.
Responsibilities:
- Completing medication competencies and audits, attending multidisciplinary meetings, conducting quarterly audits and reports, and managing the service’s P&L.
- Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
