Interim Regeneration Project Manager
Full time – 2- 3 days in office per week
6-month contract
£500-£550 inside IR35
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support a highly complex regeneration programme entering a critical pre-construction phase. The role will focus on CPO strategy, site assembly and consultant management to ensure continued momentum on this early-stage scheme.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Lead on site acquisition and site assembly activities.
* Manage CPO processes and coordinate related advisory input.
* Oversee consultant procurement, appointments and ongoing management.
* Engage effectively with cultural institutions, university partners, arts organisations and community stakeholders.
* Support development of pre-construction strategy and the scoping of consultant briefs.
To be successful in the role you will have:
* Strong background in regeneration, or mixed-use placemaking.
* Experience working on complex sites with land, legal or multi-stakeholder challenges.
* Ability to manage specialist advisors and coordinate external technical teams.
* Experience reporting to senior leadership and working autonomously in early-stage development.
