About the Role:
We are seeking a Mental Health Manager to lead a mental health service. We require a strong leader to provide stability and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and operational oversight for the service
  • Direct and support a team.
  • Work positively with external professionals and stakeholders
  • Ensure governance systems are understood and implemented effectively
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance under pressure

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in mental health service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and drive positive outcomes
  • Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance processes
