Interim Support Manager – East Midlands

Location: East Midlands
Contract: 6-month interim assignment
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Support Manager to provide leadership and stability at a care home during a critical period. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager through a challenging phase
  • Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager stepping up into a managerial role
  • Be actively involved in care planning and medication management
  • Help stabilise the home following a recent CQC inspection
  • Work closely with the Local Authority on the Service Improvement Plan

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement
  • Transferable DBS or a recent DBS eligible for the update service
