About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and stability to a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. This is a vital short-term assignment, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff support during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.

Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.

Support, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality practice.

Drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.

Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
Requirements

Current or recent Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities/additional needs services.

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to quickly adapt and provide stability in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
