About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Support Manager to provide leadership and stability at a care home during a critical period. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager through a challenging phase
- Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager stepping up into a managerial role
- Be actively involved in care planning and medication management
- Help stabilise the home following a recent CQC inspection
- Work closely with the Local Authority on the Service Improvement Plan
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings
- Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement
- Transferable DBS or a recent DBS eligible for the update service
