Interim Executive Assistant (EA)

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Onsite in Bristol
  • Start date: Immediately
  • End date: Christmas break 2026

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Secretary for a school based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly organised, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. You will also have worked in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Travel coordination
  • Liaising with members of the Executive Team
  • Minute-taking during meetings
  • General administrative support
  • Managing and prioritising inbox, including early evening checks for urgent matters
  • Communicating effectively at all levels

Experience:

  • Previous EA/PA experience in high-pressure environments
  • Familiarity with the education sector (preferred but not essential)
