Interim Clinical Deputy Manager
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable learning disabilities provider and support their service for adults with learning disabilities in the London area for a period of 3 months.
As the Interim Deputy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents. You will lead and manage a clinical team and support with any responsibilities associated with this.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Manager
- Be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability
