Interim Housing Programme Manager
£450-£500 per day Inside IR35
3-6 Month Contract
Hybrid working – 2 days in office per week
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Housing Programme Manager to focus on the delivery new build housing developments around the borough.
Within the role you will be responsible for driving these projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet the needs of our community.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead and manage the entire development process, from feasibility studies and planning to construction and handover.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local communities, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Ensure that all developments adhere to high-quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Line manage a team of officers.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience in managing new build housing development projects.
- Experience working in a local authority or housing association setting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to effectively manage the project from each RIBA stage from inception to completion.
Next Steps
This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offering £450-£500 per day Inside IR35 (Dependent on experience). You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, with the reminder remote.
