Data Analyst – PMO
Location: Truro (Hybrid / Flexible Working)

We are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking PMO function based in Truro.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting programme and project delivery through strong data insight, performance tracking, and evidence-based reporting.
About the Role: You will support the PMO by tracking delivery progress, benefits realisation, costs, and resources. You will analyse complex data, identify insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and create clear, impactful reports and dashboards to support senior decision-making.
Key Tools & Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Advanced use of Excel (including pivot tables and complex spreadsheets)
- Working within SharePoint for data storage and collaboration
- Strengthening data quality, surfacing data gaps, and challenging assumptions
- Improving portfolio and programme reporting across multiple domains
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a PMO, project, or transformation environment
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and visualisations
- Good understanding of benefits tracking, performance reporting, and data integrity
- Public sector or regulated sector experience is advantageous
