Panoramic Associates are seeking an Interim Clinical Manager to support an established service for adults with complex needs.
You will take operational and clinical leadership of the service, ensuring safe, person‑centred, and compliant care delivery. This is a hands‑on interim post where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining standards, supporting staff, and driving improvements during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day‑to‑day clinical and operational management of the service

Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team

Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external partners

Identify opportunities for service development and quality improvement

Maintain a positive, supportive culture focused on outcomes and dignity
About You
-
Registered Nurse: RGN, RMN, or RNLD (NMC‑registered)

Proven leadership experience within complex‑needs, learning disability, mental health, or specialist care settings

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical governance

Confident decision‑maker with excellent communication skills

Able to quickly assess service needs and implement effective solutions

Immediately available or able to start at short notice
