Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre and post inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform stock condition surveys to assess the overall condition of our housing portfolio.
- Conduct right to buy surveys, facilitating fair and transparent property transactions.
- Manage and monitor asbestos within our properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Possess knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement effective maintenance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical qualifications or experience in building surveying, construction, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly regarding asbestos management.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and their application in housing maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough property inspections.
