Panoramic Associates are working with a council in Suffolk in the search for an Asset Surveyor who will conduct property condition surveys for their housing and corporate stock. The successful candidate will produce detailed reports with improvement recommendations and defect resolutions and deliver an exceptional customer-centric service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling property survey programs.
- Conduct surveys, identify defects, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of defects and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to develop investment programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical advice and assist in contractor procurement.
- Liaise with service users, authorities, and contractors.
- Respond to complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Undertake additional duties as needed.
Key Relationships:
- Collaborate with internal and external professional teams.
- Work closely with tenants and their representatives.
