Programme Lead – East West Rail
We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project, acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. This role will focus on programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and governance, ensuring successful design and implementation of transport initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the organisation’s involvement in the programme.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, project partners, and community representatives.

Oversee programme governance, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.

Support design and build phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across planning, transport, and infrastructure teams.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of programme milestones.

Represent the organisation at regional and national forums related to the project.
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in programme or project management within transport or infrastructure sectors.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Understanding of government funding frameworks and governance requirements.

Ability to coordinate complex programmes across multiple organisations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
