Panoramic Associates are seeking a skilled Programme Manager for a dynamic role within a Suffolk-based council. This position is designed to deliver a high-performing service across the council’s housing assets, ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements.
This role sits in the Asset Investment Team within the Investment and Compliance Department.
The role is responsible for the formulation, development, procurement and delivery of capital and revenue investment programmes, including minor works and disabled adaptations to the social housing and corporate assets.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Title: Programme Manager – (Property, minor works & asset investment )
Location: Suffolk
Day Rate: £50,000.00 – £55,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation, development, and operational delivery of capital and revenue investment programmes, minor works programmes, and disabled adaptation programmes to meet statutory, regulatory, and strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed costings and budgets in accordance with investment programme cycles, ensuring all programmes are delivered within contractual and budget requirements.
- Lead the procurement and mobilisation of new contracts as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
- Assist the Head of Investment and Compliance in the development of strategy and operational implementation.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of investment programmes.
About You:
- Proven experience in leading capital and revenue investment programmes within a housing or corporate asset environment.
- Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements in the context of housing and corporate asset management.
- Excellent budgeting and costing skills with the ability to manage programmes within financial constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to procure and manage contracts effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational implementation skills.
