Interim Procurement Manager
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to work with a large public sector organisation based in the South West of England. You would be working on a high volume of services type contracts in the environmental, business and skills areas. This would include leading on procurement activity surrounding interventions put in to help businesses grow and develop in the region such as training, grant funding and pathway programmes for school leavers and graduates. On the environment side you would be tasked with setting up a local framework for environmental advice companies to streamline processes.
- One day per week in office (South West)
- 6 months (3 months rolling)
- Full time – 5 days a week – 37 hours per week
- £500 per day – Inside IR35
For this job there is no people management required however we would like you to have experience in setting up local frameworks and have the ability to create long lasting relationships with stakeholders. We would love to work with a ‘people person’. The successful candidate must be comfortable working multiple projects simultaneously and have a proven track record of efficient and consistent delivery.
Interviews expected 30th/31st May with an anticipated start date w/c 10th June.
