Panoramic Associates are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a dynamic Local Authority client based in the Northwest of England, who are on the look out for a Procurement Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
They are offering a unique opportunity as this role would involve taking full ownership of the Procurement function/division, and this role is instrumental in establishing their category model.

Job Title: Procurement Manager
Salary: £48, 474, – £49, 498 p.a. (plus 6% car allowance)
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, attractive Local Government pension, free parking on-site & health-care plan
Location: 2 days per week on-site in Northwest England
Experienced Required:
- Public Sector Procurement expertise is essential, Local Authority experience is preferred
- Experience of managing a Procurement team is essential
- Strong knowledge of PCR2015 regulations and knowledge of the the new Procurement Act
- Experience of e-procurement/e-tendering systems
- CIPs/MCIPS is preferred, or at least working towards achieving this
