Panoramic Associates are collaborating with a local authority to appoint an experienced Interim Parenting Lead for a 6-month contract. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in the co-design and development of a parenting strategy the council.
Some of the Key responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with the parenting coordinator to assess the existing framework and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with partners to co-develop a comprehensive parenting strategy that addresses local needs and challenges.
- Assist in creating a well-defined referral route for parenting programs.
- Contribute to the co-design of a streamlined and effective parenting referral form.
- Establish a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of parenting programs.
- Identify and implement appropriate evaluation tools to measure the impact of initiatives, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
An ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following:
- Experienced parenting coordinator or parenting manager.
- Experienced in working with local authorities.
- A good understanding of the Family Hubs programme.
To apply for this role, you must have experience working in a similar role for a local authority. You must have effective communication skills and hold strategic and operational skills within parenting.
This role is for 6 months working full time and can be flexible with remote working but will require an occasional on-site presence for essential meetings.
