Panoramic Associates are working with a Housing Association in Yorkshire to recruit a Maintanance Surveyor. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a thorough understanding of our property portfolio and delivering high-quality repairs and planned work that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a customer-focused approach to responsive repair and planned work, ensuring quality and value for money.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain comprehensive service delivery.
- Provide technical support to non-technical staff and residents on building-related matters.
- Assist in the development of improvement programs and estate repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure project delivery adheres to policies and procedures.
- Actively engage with residents to ensure their needs are met and complaints are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative systems related to property and communication.
- Monitor and manage budgets, procurement, and key performance indicators.
- Lead in the delivery of identified service areas within the surveyor role.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of property condition and local environments.
- Strong technical expertise in building-related matters.
- Experience in project management and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
