Leasehold Services Manager
£350 – £400 per day

Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority in Hampshire in the search for a Leasehold Services Manager to join their team . The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of Housing Management Services for approximately 2000 Leaseholders within a diverse property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Local Authority Housing, you will lead a team of 5 Leasehold Services Officers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Resales, including Sellers Information Packs
- Handling general Lease Enquiries and Lease Enforcement
- Collection of Service Charges and management of ASB
- Representing the client at the First Tier Tribunal
- Managing applications for Lease Extensions and Collective Enfranchisement
- Overseeing applications for Staircasing and sub-letting for Shared Owners
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, case law, and best practices
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Proven experience in managing Leasehold stock, including RTB, Shared Ownership, and Outright Sales
- Strong skills in Section 20 Consultation and Shared Ownership Management
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain Leases effectively
- Experience in staff management and leaseholder account management
- A data-driven and analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse workloads and meeting deadlines
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Team player mentality and willingness to work remotely as required
- Possession of a full driving license and access to own vehicle is preferred
