Are you an experienced Property Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role? A Social Housing provider are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Surveying Team as Lead Property Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in supporting vibrant and thriving communities
Responsibilities: As the Lead Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Property Surveyors and support staff. Your key duties will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the surveyor team
- Conducting building surveys and repair diagnoses
- Ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement within the team
- Implementing pragmatic solutions to property-related challenges
- Upholding health and safety standards, including asbestos regulations
- Demonstrating outstanding communication skills and IT literacy
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience and qualifications in building surveying
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Genuine passion for making a positive impact on customers and communities
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, including asbestos regulations
- Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency
