Panoramic Associates is currently supporting a client in Buckinghamshire who is seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to join their team on an immediate basis.
The home requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to provide immediate operational leadership following the departure of the current manager. This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting the staff team, driving service improvement and overseeing the implementation of E-Mar digital processes.
This is not a desk-based management role. The successful candidate will be expected to spend significant time within the service, supporting staff, maintaining standards and ensuring the home remains fully compliant and inspection-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership of the home.
- Maintain and improve all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ensure readiness for any CQC activity or inspection.
- Support the rollout and embedding of E-Mar digital systems.
- Lead and support a well-established staff team.
- Address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement across care quality and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Home Manager, Regional Manager or Interim Manager.
- Strong elderly care background.
- Experience in turnaround or improvement-focused assignments.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Confident managing established teams through periods of change.
- Experience implementing digital care systems and processes.
- Immediately available or available at short notice.
