Interim Support Manager
Location: Onsite, Somerset (5 days per week) Duration: 3-6 months Start: ASAP
We are looking for an Interim Manager to lead a Learning Disability service, supporting the team and leading the day to day management.
The Role
- Day-to-day management of the service
- Focus on culture, quality, and operations
- Ensuring staff are support and mentored
- Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders
- Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support
Requirements
- CQC/ turnaround/ management experience
- Proven experience in service management within Adult Social Care
- Deep understanding of change management, workforce culture, and operational improvement
