Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior management, providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with various departments to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and control measures.
- Assist in preparing business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
- Facilitate effective communication of financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

- Previous experience in a strategic finance partner role or business partnering environment.
