Role Summary
Due to ongoing strategic initiatives and organisational growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to play a vital role in shaping financial strategy and driving impactful decision-making across the company. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior management, providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with various departments to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and control measures.
  • Assist in preparing business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
  • Facilitate effective communication of financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a strategic finance partner role or business partnering environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Exposure to project evaluation, risk management, or investment appraisal.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
