School Improvement Partner (Primary)
We are seeking an experienced school improvement leader with a proven track record, to provide support and strengthen central school improvement capacity across a Primary schools trust in Kent.
In this role you will work across a number of Primary Schools at different stages in their improvement journey, some expecting imminent inspections. The successful candidate will be strong on School improvement, teaching and learning, curriculum development, Ofsted readiness and supporting RI schools with targeted improvement activity.
Experience at Headteacher level is preferable. This role is offered at 5 days per week (on-site/ across schools), with an initial contract ASAP until April 2027 with potential extension. Paid on a day rate basis.
