We are currently seeking an Interim Regional Nurse to join a team for a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension. As an Interim Regional Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support across multiple locations in the North East and North West regions of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and guidance to staff members across various care packages.
- Assist with complex care needs and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
- Travel to different locations within the North East and North West regions to support staff and patients.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver effective care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid pin.
- Previous experience in complex care settings is essential.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage complex patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to different locations as required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and situations.
