HR Manager – West Midlands – 3 month Contract – Competitive Day Rate
We are currently supporting a MAT in the West Midlands, to support their HR function in their search to find their next senior manager. As the Head of HR, the responsibilities will cover several key tasks. These include creating and putting into action HR strategies with the executive team, planning the workforce by identifying skill gaps and deciding how to deploy staff effectively, leading initiatives to manage changes within the organization, analyzing the workforce to make informed decisions, handling complex employee relations cases, and introducing programs to support employee wellbeing.
Required
– CIPD Level 7
– Experience of working in an education is preferred
– Experience of strategic and operational HR Management
– TUPE/ Restructuring and redundancy
