Interim Headteacher Opportunity- ASAP Start

Panoramic Associates is exclusively supporting a school in the Kent area, in their search for an interim Headteacher. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP and stay in post until the end of the Summer term minimum, ideally until Christmas 24.

Your role will be operational and strategic oversight of a small SEN School. You will be leading a small team and providing coaching to teachers, with line management responsibility. As Head you will also need to lead on DSL responsibilities and Annual Reviews so experience doing so is essential, however your DSL training can be provided by the school prior to starting. The school is in a strong position in terms of Ofsted, and is operating at a Good standard.
