Job Title: Interim Head of Service – Partnership and Integration
Salary: £500 – 600 (inside IR35) per day DOE
Contract Length: 6 months initial contract

Overview:
A great opportunity for an experienced Interim Head of Service to join my client in the North West. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the Partnership and Integration efforts within the organisation, particularly in the context of Family Hubs and Early Help initiatives. With a focus on service improvement and navigating significant budget constraints, the successful candidate will spearhead a SWOT analysis and options appraisal, driving recommendations for the future design of services and guiding implementation strategies. Additionally, the role entails managing staff and service delivery as part of the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise transformation experience and change management methodologies to bring together Early Help and Family Hubs to create an integrated family support service.
- Lead and oversee integrated services in a Locality Area as part of the Early Help Integrated Locality Service, including various family support services, youth services, and specialist parenting services.
- Analyse data from multiple sources, interpret findings, and present reports to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct options appraisals and SWOT analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain a culture focused on improving outcomes for children and families.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing Early Help, Family Hubs, and leading the transformation towards integrated family support services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, challenge, and guide teams.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas.
- Sound financial management skills and understanding of governance and workforce management principles.
- Commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families.
Working Hours:
Full-time with flexible working options. The role will be Agile, involving a combination of home-based and in-person working.
