Panoramic Associates is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded group of schools based in London to appoint an Interim Head of Finance, starting immediately, for a 6 month assignment.
This is a senior interim opportunity for an experienced school finance professional to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring robust financial management and compliance during a key period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function across all schools within the group
- Produce and present financial management reports to Trustees, DfE/ESFA, and other stakeholders
- Ensure full financial compliance and strong financial controls
- Oversee statutory accounts and support audit processes
- Provide expert guidance on audit, risk, and governance
- Line manage, structure, and develop the finance team
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid role
- 2 days per week
About You:
- Proven experience operating at Head of Finance level or above
- Recent, hands-on experience using PS Financials
- Strong background working within the education sector, ideally at MAT level
- Able to commit to 2 days per week on a flexible basis
