Interim Finance Manager/ Management Accountant – West Yorkshire – 6 month contract
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join with a multi academy trust we are supporting in the West Yorkshire region. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial planning, management, and cost control skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading in budget setting / planning
- Monitoring budgets & liaise effectively with academy colleagues
- Monthly management accounts oversight
- Year-end accounts oversight
Requirements:
- Must have management accountant or Finance Manager Education experience
- Ideally Sage payroll experience to lead the payroll process function and knowledge of Access
- Minimum AAT qualified
