A West Midlands local authority is looking to secure the services of an Interim Head of SEND to start ASAP, for three months initially.

Our client is offering a competitive daily rate and the opportunity to have strategic input into the service, alongside operational responsibilities. This is a hybrid role: the postholder will be required to work onsite 2-3 days.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous experience of restructuring and transforming a SEND service. Previous experience as a Head of SEND is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to the service, as the postholder will have considerable input into the LA’s restructure and transformation.
